Good to know
Do I have to swap, or can I just buy and sell?
Whatever suits the item. Every listing is set to sell, swap, or both, and you choose which when you post it. Plenty of people only ever buy.
How do swaps work?
Any listing marked Swap or Both accepts swap offers. Propose a swap from the listing, agree on shipping or an in-person meetup, and confirm in the app once your item arrives. Both sides confirm before a swap completes.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. When you buy, we hold the payment and release it to the seller as a payout after the sale completes.
What if something goes wrong with an order or a swap?
Open a dispute from the order or swap in the app and upload any evidence — photos help. We review what's submitted and may issue a refund, release or withhold a payout, or take action on an account. More on support.

The app is free to download on the App Store.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone on iOS 15.1 or later.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. ClosetLink is on iPhone today, and Android is coming.
